What we collect

• Account details: name, email, company/brand name, phone (optional)
• Your name and email from Google if you sign in with Google
• Job details: briefs, deadlines and budgets you enter when opening a request
• Video and image files you upload (hosted on Vimeo's infrastructure)
• Payment card data processed by our payment provider during a transaction — card numbers are never stored on Post Office's own servers
• Anonymous usage statistics, only if you accepted the cookie banner

How we use it

• To create and verify your account and run your job requests
• To manage the job process between an agency and a crew member (assignment, delivery, revisions, payment)
• To meet our legal obligations and prevent fraud
• To email you about product updates, only with your explicit consent

Who we share it with

• Vimeo, Inc. for video hosting
• Google LLC, if you choose to sign in with Google
• Our contracted payment provider for transactions
• We never sell or rent your data to third parties beyond what the law requires

Your rights (under Turkey's KVKK and equivalent data protection law)

• Find out whether your data is being processed
• Request information about the data we hold on you
• Ask us to correct or delete your data
• Withdraw consent at any time

Data retention

We keep account and job records for as long as required by law after our business relationship ends (in Turkey, the retention period set for commercial books and records under the Turkish Commercial Code).
