Terms of Service

The parties

These terms govern the relationship between Post Office Film Prodüksiyon ve Tasarım San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. ("Post Office", "the platform") and the agency/client accounts and crew accounts (videographer, editor, cast, colourist) registered on it.

What the platform does

Post Office is a production network. Who you work with on a job — chosen directly from profiles, or by posting an open listing and picking among applicants — is always your call. The platform never assigns crew for you; it manages the process (assignment, delivery tracking, revisions, payment) and guarantees the delivery standard.

Account responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy and currency of the information you provide
• You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential
• The bio, skills and sample work you publish on your public profile must be your own and accurate

The job process

• A job request moves through: request → shoot → selection/edit → (colour, if a colourist is assigned) → revision → approval → complete
• Raw footage stays in a private area accessible only to the parties on that job — it never appears on public profiles
• A delivered final work counts as complete once the agency approves it, and may then appear on the relevant crew member's public portfolio

Fees and payment

• The agreed fee for a job is paid to the crew member once the job is marked complete
• The platform deducts a commission and, where applicable, a payment processing fee from the transaction
• Current commission rates are shown in your account dashboard

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, copyright in a delivered final work belongs to the agency/client who requested it. The crew member may still display the work as a sample in their own portfolio.

Prohibited use

• You may not use the platform to produce content that infringes a third party's rights
• Fake profiles, fabricated sample work or misleading information are not allowed
• You may not represent a job arranged outside the platform as though it ran through the platform

Suspension

Post Office may suspend or close your account, with or without warning, if you breach these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms; we will notify you of material changes by email or on the platform.
